A blended red that includes 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot, Carte Blanche’s 2019 The Mark marries complex, herbal aromas of sage, bay leaf and a hint of bell pepper with ripe cassis and cherry fruit. Full-bodied, soft and plush, it finishes long, with hints of dark chocolate and mocha.
