The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is fabulous. Rich, inky and explosive, the 2015 is endowed with serious intensity. Crème de cassis, blueberry jam, menthol, licorice and graphite all infuse this sumptuous, flamboyant Cabernet Sauvignon. The 100% new oak is beautifully integrated, even at this early stage. The 2015 is mostly Missouri Hopper and about 7% Cabernet Sauvignon from David Abreu’s Las Posadas Vineyard on Howell Mountain. The 2015 is silky and unctuous, but not at all heavy.
